Fuerte is a transmission line floorstanding loudspeaker that employs a tweeter Audiopur AMT-13M, a mids woofer Wavecor WF146WA01 and a woofer Wavecor SW270WA01.

This loudspeaker has been developed by Alexander Munk und Arthur Fox.

The crossover consists of a 2nd order high-pass filter (12 dB per octave slope) for the tweeter, a bandpass filter (6 dB high- and 12 dB lowpass) for the midrange and the woofer is connected to a 2nd order low-pass filter.

Between 70 Hz and 2 kHz, the frequency response of this loudspeaker is a bit reserved. The decay spectrum is nearly perfect. At low volume, i.e. 85 dB at 1 m, the nonlinear distortions are lower than 0.6% above 200 Hz.

Kit with high-end crossover

The high-end kit comes with an ClarityCap ESA capacitor instead of an Audaphon MKP capacitor. Three electrolytical capacitors are replaced by foil capacitors. All inductances are baked varnished coils for minimizing microphonic effects. - The current flow through the coil creates a magnetic field which sets the reel of wire in motion. This motion induces a voltage in the coil which adds itself to the signal. The stiffer the reel of wire is, the less the signal will be altered.
